LG unveils new Ultrabook with large IPS panel

LG today announced a new Ultrabook (U560) in Korea. LG U560 weighs 1.9 kilograms despite being mounted with a 15.6-inch large screen. The Ultrabook is mounted with an IPS panel that offers clear and natural color from any point of view. The Ultrabook features a newly-released 3G Core i5 3337U processor and an independent graphic card, thereby enabling users to enjoy 3D games without any problem. As the top and the side of the LCD screen have a slim bezel design, the Ultrabook allows users to enjoy the large screen.


The LG Ultrabook U560 employs a dual storage solution that can accommodate both a solid state drive (SSD) and a hard disc drive. The Ultrabook, accordingly, ensures a high usage speed and an ample storage space. Despite its slim design, the Ultrabook is mounted with the same optical disc drive and the number keys as the ones used in general laptops.
