Korea Electronics Technology Institute (KETI) revealed that they have developed EGD module that can provide 60inch virtual image connected to mobile small device such as cell phone and wearable PC. The developed EGD module could receive picture input signals like S-Video, composite, component, analog RGB signal from the external mobile devices and equipped with controller that can realize 3D image; optical system of the module is designed over 40 degree angle from 2m distance such that 60inch full color SVGA images are able to be virtually projected.

With 110gram weight and ability to virtually project 60inch, the developed EGD module showed superiority over Apply’s I-Wear with 113 gram weight that can actualize 40inch.
