The Telebit SD card type 1Seg digital TV tuner from Elsa Japan is compatible with OS Windows XP SP2/Vista Home Basic/Home Premium (only 32 bit edition). Only 2cm of the card is visible when in use. The power consumption is very low as much as 294mW while electric consumption of Buffalo DH-ONE/U2P is 500mW. The Elsa Telebit 1Seg digital TV tuner on SD (SDIO) for PC measures 55×33.5x8mm and weights only 5g. Besides the built- in antenna there is an external antenna which can be extended up to 17 cm for better quality TV reception in weak areas.
