Nikon_Digiscoping Attachment DSA-N2Nikon today announced the release of Digiscoping Attachment FSA-L3 for Nikon digital SLR cameras, and Digiscoping Attachment DSA-N2 for Advanced Camera with Interchangeable Lenses Nikon 1 series. Both are exclusively for Monarch Fieldscope Objective Lens Units and achieve prime focus shooting. In prime focus shooting, light from the lens directly enters the image sensor; the image is not routed through a prism or eyepiece. This maximises lens resolving power, thus realising super-telephoto shooting with extremely high definition. Even the finest subject detail is shown with striking clarity. Users photographing a wild bird, for example, will marvel at the superb sharpness of every feather.
