The new JVC SP-ABT30 Bluetooth wireless speaker provides three selectable sound modes: Normal Stereo for most personal listening, Enhanced Stereo for a wider stereo soundfield, and 360-Degree Sound that expands the soundstage even further and is ideal for shared listening. To ensure impressive bass performance, the SP-ABT30 features a passive radiator that delivers deeper, richer bass than would be expected from a speaker of its size.
For easy pairing between the SP-ABT30 and a wireless device, JVC incorporates Near Field Communications (NFC) technology, which provides fast, simple pairing with NFC-enabled devices, plus Bluetooth technology. Remote control of the speaker from a smartphone is possible via a free iOS and Android app. A built-in microphone allows the speaker to be used for hands-free calling. The new JVC SP-ABT30 Bluetooth speaker will be available in May 2014 in three colors – black, red or white – for $199.95.
