LG’s brand-new smartphone, the LG Optimus Mach, has stopped sales in Korea due to a serious bug. When the battery is removed from the LG Optimus Mach, the Android-based phone goes back to a default status just like it’s new out of the box. All the stored-user data disappears. About 13,000 Optimus Mach units have been sold to LG Uplus customers in Korea. LG Optimus Mach is powered by a 1 GHz TI OMAP 3630 processor and boasts a 3.8-inch display with 800 × 480 resolution. LG is preparing a software upgrade to solve the software bug as early as this weekend.
