On September 5, Sharp held two press conferences, one at the Four Seasons Hotel Shanghai and one at the Grand Hyatt Beijing, to introduce its new mobile phone SH8010C.The Sharp SH8010C was introduced at an impressive fashion-show-style press conference that showed off its color variations. It is the second Sharp mobile phone in China; the first was launched in June 2008.
Reporters had a chance to touch and try out the models and experience the product features including a beautiful LCD screen, a function that electronically reads business cards, and a motion control sensor that lets users operate the phone by physically shaking or titling it instead of pushing buttons.
