Bose QuietComfort 3 Acoustic Noise Canceling headphones

The new Bose QuietComfort 3 Acoustic Noise Canceling headphones are smaller and lighter (20g) when compared with the previous QuietComfort 2 headphones from the same company. The QuietComfort 3 is a traditional full-sized, over-the-ear headset with soft leather cushioning over both ear cups as well as on the top of the adjustable headband. The ear cups swivel and fold flat into a zippered case. The CD wallet size case also holds the extension cord, charger etc.The power switch is located on the right ear cup. The noise reduction will begin working when the power switch is turned on as the noise-canceling circuitry is built into the headphones themselves. Basically same as QuietComfort 2, the electric active noise cancel performance in the new model is strengthened. The new QuietComfort 3 Acoustic Noise Canceling headphones are powered by a tiny rechargeable lithium battery.

The tiny lithium charge pond is attached to the right ear cup. The charged battery life averages 20 hours, depending on usage. The lithium charge pond can be charged using the supplied tiny charger. The sounds you do hear are worthy of every dollar you spend – with surprising clarity, including rich base and treble detail that you would expect from a high-end home system and the soft cushioning fits snugly over your ears without being cumbersome over many hours.
