Fujitsu Limited and Fujitsu Laboratories Limited today announced their development of a new polymer with a high bio-content that uses castor oil extracted from the seeds of the castor bean. The new bio-based polymer features superior flexibility that can withstand repeated bending.
Fujitsu will consider using this new bio-based polymer for small components of notebook PCs and mobile phones, such as connector covers.
