LG to showcase worlds first variable water flow control system for use in water cooled VRF systems at MCE 2012

LG will showcase the world’s first variable water flow control system for use in water cooled VRF systems at the Mostra Convegno Expocomfort (MCE) 2012. LG’s variable water flow control system stands out foremost for its energy efficiency and eco-friendly benefits. In contrast to constant water flow systems, the variable water flow control system cuts down a facility’s energy consumption by up to 71 percent by reducing the energy required to operate the circulation pump. It also enables significant savings in water consumption by preventing excess usage through its smart water valve control function.

This innovative technology has been applied to LG’s Multi V Water II, allowing it to operate effectively by controlling its water flow. The variable water flow control system has already been applied commercially, as evidenced in the Bouygues head office in France which became the world’s first to implement the LG technology.
