Samsung Announces Special Edition Galaxy S8 with 6-GB RAM and 128-GB Memory for Korean Market

Samsung today announced that it would introduce the Galaxy S8 Plus Special Edition with expanded embedded memory and RAM capacity for Korean market. The Galaxy S8 series has 64-gigabyte memory and 4-gigabyte RAM. Taking into account Korean users’ preference for high-capacity phones, the Galaxy S8 Plus Special Edition phone has double memory capacity of 128 gigabytes and RAM by 50 percent to 6 gigabyte. Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus Special Edition is the world’s smartphone to have a RAM capacity of more than 6 gigabytes.

The Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus Special Edition will be available in black color only for China and Korean market. It will be available for approximately 1.1 million won (US$985).
