GM Korea on Thursday promised to give customers a new car if they have an accident within three years of purchase. GN Korea has launched the Chevy Care 3.5.7 Assurance program in which drivers can replace their cars with new ones if their vehicle is damaged in a collision with another vehicle within three years of purchase. When a customer is 50 percent or less liable for an accident and the repair cost is 30 percent or more of the vehicle’s purchase price, the customer can request a new vehicle after having the vehicle repaired at a Chevrolet service network facility and return it to GM Korea.
The Chevy Care 3.5.7 offers three years of free maintenance, including free engine oil change service, a five-year or 100,000-km warranty and a 24-hour free roadside assistance for seven years.GM Korea launched the program at an event celebrating the second anniversary of the launch of the Chevrolet brand in Korea in Seoul on Thursday. To fulfill its social responsibility, GM Korea will also donate 100 vehicles to social welfare organizations and facilities in association with five dealers.
