Murata today announced mass production of monolithic ceramic capacitor with a resin external electrode for automotive applications” that has X8L characteristics and is designed for use in applications up to 150°C. The GCJ series capacitor is available in a 3225 package and has a capacitance value of 10µF (rated voltage 25V).
This new product is the world’s first capacitor with a resin external electrode that features X8L characteristics. This 3225-size GCJ series capacitor provides the world’s highest capacitance value.
